THE MOORINGS: READY WHEN YOU ARE

"A habitat of modern lifestyle inspired by the spirit of the Mornington Peninsula."

At Danckert Real Estate we are truly inspired and excited by what has developed in the masterfully designed community space that is Martha Cove. Located at the base of Mount Martha on the stunning eastern shores of Port Phillip Bay, Martha Cove is the only waterfront community on the Mornington Peninsula.

There are a number of residential opportunities here, from waterside mansions to smaller townhouses, and the impressive apartment complex - The Moorings. Fronting directly onto the Marina and Anchorage Park, the apartments are designed for community connectivity - and for elegant, informal interaction.

The absolute waterfront and parkside apartments, designed by architect Karl Fender of Fender Katsalidis, are a stunning display of considered contemporary living. With a restrained palette of stone, raw concrete and natural materials tucked behind walls of greenery, the multi-residential space is welcoming and warm.

The ground floor apartments provide direct access to the waterfront via private landscaped courtyards, and inside open plan living and high ceilings bathe The Moorings in natural light. It is this outlook over the waterfront, park and countryside that draws the outside in.

The modern architecture and spacious floor plan features walls of glass, state-of-the-art European appliances and chic interior detailing with oak timber flooring in the living and dining areas, stone counter bench tops in the kitchen with an integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer and stainless steel tapware throughout.

The bathrooms and ensuites are super luxurious too with large format porcelain floor tiles and wall tiles, frameless glass shower screens, an integrated mirror vanity cabinet, concealed lighting and a built-in bathtub with stone surround in the main bathroom.

The community-style living of Martha Cove is centred around the Marina - a boating haven with direct access to Port Phillip Bay. There are 265 berths for vessels ranging from 10 to 30 metres in length, with 24 hour fuel and security. Drawing inspiration from European waterfront communities, Martha Cove is all about connected living. And the community is connected to the coast via a continuous boardwalk.

In terms of facilities, Martha Cove has been designed to offer all you could need in one communal space. The main restaurant, Martha’s Table, is located on the ground floor of The Moorings. A restaurant, fully licensed bar and providore all in one, it's a place intended for residents and visitors to interact in style and relaxed comfort.

“Martha Cove itself is now on a trajectory for success,” explains Simon Roylance of Foxwood Property. “The zone will feature multiple retail areas within the Marina Village Square to create a main street feel, with retail outlets at street level and residential apartments above. There are three to four restaurants planned, the first of which – Martha’s Table – is scheduled to open around July. The retail stores and fresh food grocer will follow from there. The current apartment buildings are almost complete so residents will be moving in very soon.”
